Experiences and Achievements

PANHA, POV is the founder of Eagle Law group. He has appeared in court and civil cases more than 500 times in the past four years and is a hard litigator. PANHA, POV was previously a lawyer at a HNS Law Group in Phnom Penh where he ran the Criminal Defense, Family Law, and Civil litigation departments. As a criminal defence lawyer, he represented clients during the investigation and prosecution of misdemeanour and felony allegations including robbery, domestic violence, sexual assault, child molestation, and murder. As a civil litigator, he represented clients bringing claims for breach of contract, defamation, professional malpractice, premises liability, negligence, interference with expected inheritance, and disputes over ownership of real property. Mr. PANHA, POV has extensive courtroom experience. He has tried multiple cases to verdict in Criminal, Civil, and Family law, including arguing out of court system. He has been part of handling cases with multi-million-dollar lawsuits alleging fraud cases, written and argued hundreds of motions in the Criminal, Family, Civil, and appellate arenas, and appeared personally in courtrooms from Phnom Penh and other Provinces.
